2025 Ride for Food | Sunday, October 5
Join Team WFCF & Support WFCF's Food Access Programs
The Ride for Food, held on October 5 in 2025, is an annual event organized by Three Squares New England. Every year which we participate in every year to raise funds to support our food access work, like Mobile Outreach Market and VegRx. You can choose a bike ride of 25, 50, and 62.2 miles, a 5K walk around Noble and Greenough School campus in Dedham, MA, or something completely of your own design through the Ride's Off the Beaten Path option. Everything is fair game and helps to fight local food insecurity!
In 2025, our team of 21 strong had A LOT of FUN. We're already recruiting potential teammates for this year. Our seasoned riders, walkers, and fundraisers will provide community, mentor you, and make a workable plan for success. Registration fee and fundraising mimimums are purposely modest to encourage your participation. Be brave and send a noncommital email to Captain Trish for more details. :-)
"As a participant in this fun and well-organized fundraising ride, I'm thrilled to pedal for a cause that holds such significance. Every mile we cover brings us closer to ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food. It's not just about the ride; it's about coming together as a community to make a tangible difference. Let's ride to support all who benefit from WFCF’s Food Access programs."--2024 Team Member Ted S. "Affordable, nutritious food should be available for everyone." --2024 Team Member Ted S.
"The work done by WFCF is critically important for our community, and I was more than happy to participate in this year’s ride. The welcoming I received from the WFCF team was amazing…I love the fact that there is an opportunity for everyone, regardless of ability, to participate to help fight hunger in our neighborhoods. I’ll definitely be back next year!"--2024 Team Member Ann B-S.
