Cream of Potato Soup

- 10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 can evaporated milk
Cook all vegetables until done in water, drain. Add margarine and milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
