Join us in the Perennial Garden for a mocktail mixer (with a twist of education) hosted by WFCF Perennial Garden lead, Kristen Sopko, her team, and WFCF Director of Education & Community Engagement, Jessica Herwick.

Sip refreshing (non-alcoholic) mocktails made with syrups, sugars and savory salts created from herbs, plants and flowers in the garden. 

Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided as we mix, learn, and linger for conversation and tastings.

Jessica will demonstrate methods for creating simple syrups, infusions and natural garnishes, and all participants will receive a mini-recipe book with instructions to try at home.
