Waltham Fields Community Farm’s 16th season of the Mobile Outreach Market (M.O.M.)
WFCF's Mobile Outreach Market started as a pilot project in 2008 with the intent of making locally grown produce more accessible to Waltham community members who experienced food insecurity.
Dignity is core to this program. M.O.M. is a produce market for self-identifying, low-income residents of Waltham. Families are invited to purchase a share of locally grown vegetables for $5 (cash, SNAP/HIP benefits accepted) or with a free voucher provided by one of our community resource partners.
This season, M.O.M. returns to the First Parish Church lower parking lot in Waltham, 50 Church Street, from 4:30-6:30pm, on Tuesdays, July 15 through October 7.
WFCF farm plan is prepared to support and serve 100 households per week. All produce is grown using organic practices at Waltham Fields Community Farm on Beaver Street.
