Join guest instructor, Greta Fiorina, from WonderYoga in Arlington, MA, for a mindful morning in the fresh farm air with the WHOLE FAMILY!  Connect to the natural world that surrounds you and recharge your mind and spirit with this joyful, family friendly 60 minute yoga class.   Then enjoy a 30 minute cool down after class in the Learning Garden with refreshing herbed teas made from our garden bounty and say hello to our resident Angora rabbit family or commune with the hens. 

This session is designed for practitioners of all ages and levels, from beginner to advanced. All are welcome!
