Crafting Science for Homeschoolers With guest instructor Alex Adamo from Alex Makes Art!

An extended field trip experience designed especially for homeschoolers and learning pods interested in exploring the science, magic, and inspiration of the farm while making new friends and building new skills.

6 Weekly Sessions on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., October 7, 14, 21, 28; November 4, 11,  2021

Each session requires a separate registration per participant. Register for one or all of these exciting field trips on the farm!

$50 per participant, per session OR $280 for all 6 sessions.

Join guest instructor Alex, from Alex Makes Art, for a friendly farm visit and socialize with your fellow learners on this field trip experience.

Each week, participants will explore a different area of the Learning Garden and the working farm. Together with Alex, we will investigate vegetables, fruits, animal wool, flowers, chicken feathers, trees, and eggshells, and use the magic of science to turn our collected natural items into a project for participants to take home.

Each week features a new theme and project in line with the rhythm of the season and the weather.
