Join artisanal chocolate maker & local business owner, Dr. Lori Shapiro, to celebrate strawberry season by dipping and decorating WFCF organic farm strawberries with delicious chocolate provided by Lori and directly imported from independent organic cacao growers in Ecuador.

Participants will learn about growing cacao in regenerative agroforestry settings and hear about the farmers cooperative that grows organic heirloom varieties of this amazing tree in Ecuador. Then participate in a hands on make-and-take to learn best methods for melting chocolate, dipping berries, and finishing with edible embellishments like seeds, herbs, cacao nibs and nuts (peanut free)

Program for learners 18 years and older.
