Executive Director
Waltham Fields Community Farm is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter. As we enter our fourth decade, we're looking for a collaborative, resourceful leader who can build on our strong foundation, strengthen our financial sustainability, support our dedicated team, and deepen our relationships across the Waltham community. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a community farm where sustainable agriculture, equitable food access, education, and community engagement come together.
