Join us for an afternoon of pizza making fun! Led by Dan Roberts, long time WFCF farmer and pizza genius, we will explore different dough-making processes, flour, preferments and pizza making styles. We will use produce from the farm to create delicious, unique topping combinations and we’ll discuss what it is that makes great pizza great! Hands on exploration of dough-making, oven management and lots of pizza tasting along the way.
Dan has been a part of the farm team at WFCF for over 10 years. For the last year and a half Dan has been hosting a Rabottini’s Pizza Pop-Up at Bagelsaurus in Cambridge, slinging delicious square pies, and has just opened his own restaurant!
